REMOVING URINARY STONES
An eight-year-old gray-white Pekingese was brought to the surgery. The owner noticed that the dog often stood in a urinating position, straining, with only a few bloody drops of urine coming out. The dog became sad and stopped eating. Palpation of abdomen discovered a very strained and painful abdomen wall and a very enlarged urinary bladder.

13. SYMPOSIUM
On 24-25 March 2000, Slovenian Association of Veterinarians (SVMZ) organised the 13^th Symposium on current diseases among small animals. The conference of SVMZ was held at the same time as the symposium.
