Već po anamnezi postavili smo sumnju a na rtg.dijagnostici tu sumnju i povrdili. Kod pekinezera je došlo do naglog povećanja lumena želudca i njegove dilatacije koja je počela ulaziti u stadij torzije želudca i šok.

Pas je podvrgnut antišok terapiji, a nakon stabilizacije podvrgnut je operaciji.

Cilj operacije bio je:

- što prije iz želudca pustiti plin i isprazniti hranu
- isprati prazan želudac hladnom vodom
- vratiti želudac u njegov anatomski položaj i tu ga fiksirati sa šavovima

  • to put back the stomack in his anathomy position and fix it with stitches

6 Poslije operacije pas ne smije kroz usta uzimati hranu 48 sati, a nakon toga strogi režim dijete kroz sedam dana.

After the operation the dog could not eat on mouth for 48 hours, and after that strict treatment of diet for next seven days.

Tokom cijelog života izbjegavati prenajedanje i obilje dehidrirane hrane.
Obavezan odmor od 1 do 2 sata nakon hranjenja.

Obliged rest for 1-2 hours after eating.
